When Vitruvi was started, the goal was simple: to help teams build infrastructure faster, with more confidence and less friction. Over the years, we’ve partnered with some incredible customers across fiber, water, utilities, and beyond - and we’ve learned a lot from how they actually use our platform in the field.
One thing became increasingly clear: not every team needs everything on day one.
Historically, Vitruvi was delivered as a complete, end-to-end platform. For many customers, that approach continues to deliver tremendous value. But for others, it can create unnecessary complexity and slow time to value.
So today, I’m excited to share a big step forward for Vitruvi.
We are expanding the Vitruvi Platform to give teams more ways to access its value, without changing the strength of the full platform our customers rely on today. For organizations running complex programs, the complete Vitruvi Platform continues to deliver the deepest value through fully integrated workflows, advanced customization, enterprise-grade reporting, and powerful integrations across the entire project lifecycle.
At the same time, we are introducing purpose-built solutions that allow teams to start in a more focused way and expand as their needs grow:
- Vitruvi Build (available today): Enables crews to capture field data, document work, and move projects forward with speed and confidence.
- Vitruvi Control (coming later this year): Adds automation and consistency to quality assurance across projects and partners.
- Vitruvi Plan (coming later this year): Connects design, scheduling, cost tracking, and closeout into a coordinated workflow.
This approach reflects how infrastructure is actually built today. Different teams, different priorities, real-world constraints. Our job is to reduce friction, not add to it.
