Drew Morris is an operations and services leader with fourteen years of experience in the SaaS industry. He began his career as a solution architect, implementing software products directly for customers. From there he moved into building and leading services teams focused on delivering measurable customer value.

For the past nine years, Drew has worked almost exclusively with telecommunications customers, including some of the largest enterprise organizations in the industry, helping them get the full value from their technology investments. His background in both solution architecture and services leadership gives him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to turn a software rollout into lasting customer success, built on disciplined delivery and process excellence.

As Vice President of Operations at Vitruvi, Drew is building and scaling the Operations team. He is putting new processes and standards in place so customers have a strong experience from the first day of onboarding and are set up for long-term success on the Vitruvi platform.
