Jeff Vance joins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Jeff Vance will continue to drive a customer-centric approach to revenue generation and has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive sustainable growth while fostering strong client relationships. He is committed to aligning the company's offerings with customer needs while optimizing revenue streams for continued expansion.
Jeff has over 20 years experience leading enterprise software growth teams and he will be instrumental in providing our customers and partners with an improved and streamlined contracting process as well as comprehensive executive engagement as we continue to serve an expanding and scaling customer and user base around the globe.
Ben Jubenville appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Ben will be responsible for providing strategic direction to Customer Success through the implementation of scalable and efficient processes that will provide further value to our customers and drive business results.
Ben has spent the last 20 years managing the customer journey for global B2B SAAS operations for fortune 200 businesses. He has deep domain expertise in human capital management, human resource information systems, vendor management systems, managed services and numerous other industry verticals. He is well-versed in high-growth businesses with several 9 figure financial exits in previous roles at IQNavigator and TalentReef.
Rushton McGarr joins as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Rushton McGarr joins Vitruvi Software as the CFO, bringing with him a wealth of financial expertise and a keen eye for strategic financial planning. Rushton will be responsible for strategic oversight on financial management, capital structure, risk management/compliance, corporate governance, and investor relations. He has over 20 years of operating and finance experience, scaling global high-growth technology companies in executive roles.
Before joining Vitruvi, Rushton served as CFO of a quantum computing company that closed a $130 million Series B Preferred equity financing in late 2022 to support the commercialization of the company's technology. Career highlights also include co-founding a technology-enabled information business which grew from $0 to $60 million in revenue and over 500 employees.
